Description: Marketing is defined as the method for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society. The concept of value is critical for understanding marketing. Value is the trade-off between benefits and the sacrifice required to gain them, which is a constantly changing relationship. This course will provide an overview of marketing, including the history of marketing thoughts and an in depth look at value.

Instructor Description: This class is an independent-study course.  Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material.  A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
